Diesel Power Holland (DPH) is a trading company in used, surplus & reconditioned engines and generator sets for marine and industrial applications. Furthermore it supplies Caterpillar and MaK parts.

The company started at Moerdijk, The Netherlands in 1976 as a two-man enterprise. It has since grown into a dynamic, independent company that operates worldwide.

Equipment is mostly purchased from the maritime and industrial sector via intermediates. If a company purchases a new engine it can usually trade in its old. These trade-in engines often find their way into the hands of DPH thanks to a worldwide network of suppliers who provide DPH with such engines.

DPH delivers equipment from stock located in Moerdijk. This stock is constantly changing due to a daily influx and dispatch of diesel or gas engines, generator sets and complete units in container. All the main brands such as Jenbacher, Waukesha, Deutz and Cummins are represented although the Caterpillar brand predominates.

Equipment is systematically tested prior to shipment. Moreover, at owner’s request, DPH can have the equipment certified by an accredited certification agency. Customers can even submit a request for a certain product or brand, or can ask to convert an engine into the required specifications. The technical service department of DPH is second to none when it comes to supplying custom-designed products.
